So enjoy!<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">600 gms white fish of choice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 teaspoons turmeric powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Juice of 1 lime<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tablespoon ghee or coconut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 large onion sliced very thinly<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 teaspoons minced garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tomato chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bc cup desiccated coconut<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 teaspoons crushed chili\\&#8217;s or to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 \u00bd teaspoons mild Paprika<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One teaspoon coriander powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One teaspoon cumin seeds\/cumin powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 teaspoon minced ginger<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 teaspoon tamarind paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1\/2 teaspoon mustard seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">250 ml coconut cream sugar-free<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">250-350 gms fresh or frozen okra- optional but recommended.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instructions<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Marinade the fish in lime juice and turmeric and salt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pan-fry the garlic and onion in a little oil\/ghee in a large frying pan and cook till soft without browning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Process all of the other ingredients in a bullet\/blender\/ processor until smooth and blended. Add to the onion and garlic mix. Mix well until a fine paste is formed. Add in chopped coriander to the marinade and mix some more.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apply the marinade to the fillets of fish till they are well coated with the paste. Do it with your hands and in the baking dish in which you intend to bake it. It is home to the Golden temple, the supreme seat of Sikhism in the world. This fish recipe called Keto Amritsari Fish Fry originates from the city, hence the name. Add the red chili powder, carom seeds, ginger paste, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt and gram flour to the fish. Mix well. Keep it aside for half an hour or so.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. Heat the oil sufficiently. Break an egg and beat it in a separate bowl. Any fish that\\&#8217;s meaty, white, and delicate can be used. Here, Pomfret is coated with green chutney and steam-cooked in a banana leaf. The leaves lock in the flavors and keep the fish moist. For those on a Keto diet, Fish in Plantain Leaves is a great option for a main dish.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ingredients<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 pomfret, sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For chutney:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Half a coconut<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 bunch coriander leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">5 green chilies<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp. cumin seeds<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">12 mint leaves<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4 flakes garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 small onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 small green mango or juice of 1 small lime<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">one tsp. sugar<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt and chili powder to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instructions-<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Grind all the chutney ingredients to a paste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2. Coat each piece of the dish on either side and set aside for 15 mins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">3. You can have this fish like a soup or try it with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keto buns<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> or <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keto bread<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">500 gms Rohu Fish without bones<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">50 gms Onions finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Ginger paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 green Cardamom small<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Garlic paste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd tsp Cinnamon powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00bd tsp Cloves powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One tsp Black Pepper powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tsp Turmeric \/ Haldi powder<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1 tbsp Vinegar or Juice of 1 lime<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">10 tsp Coconut oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100 ml Coconut Milk<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Salt \/ Pink Salt to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A few curry leaves (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2 slit Green Chillies (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Instructions-<\/span><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wash the fish and pat dry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Apply the turmeric, black pepper, salt, and vinegar to the fish with your hands, and keep it aside for at least 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a flat pan put half the coconut oil and heat it. Place the fish pieces on the pan and start frying.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After three to four minutes turn their side.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Keep frying on medium heat, till the fish gets a nice golden color on the outside. Switch off the heat and keep aside.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In a thick bottom pan, now heat the rest of the coconut oil. Keep the spices ready.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the cardamom, cinnamon and cloves fry for thirty seconds. Add the slit green chilies and curry leaves, if you have them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Next, add the ginger and garlic paste, and fry till it looks cooked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Add the onions next and fry till they become dark pink.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the masala looks well cooked, in about three to four minutes, add the coconut milk and raise the heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The coconut milk needs to be thin, so dilute it with enough water if required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once the coconut milk starts boiling, lower the heat and drop the fried fish in it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cook covered for about three to five minutes, check the salt and switch off the heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Allow the fish to sit in the milk and absorb the flavor of the coconut milk.
