It looks perfect as it\u2019s a bright yellow Lemon color once drizzled over the plate.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:<\/p>\n<p>30 g \/ 2 tbsp unsalted butter<br \/>\n0.5 tbsp fresh lemon juice<br \/>\nPink Himalayan salt to taste and \u00bc tsp finely ground pepper<\/p>\n<p>CRISPY PAN FRIED FISH:<\/p>\n<p>120 g skinless boneless fish<br \/>\nPink Himalayan salt to taste<br \/>\n\u00bc tsp Pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp almond flour<br \/>\n1 tbsp oil<br \/>\nSERVING:<br \/>\nLemon wedges<br \/>\nFinely chopped parsley, optional<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><a class=\"button-ui leadgen\" style=\"cursor: pointer\">Learn More<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p><strong>Lemon butter sauce :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Add the butter in a light-colored saucepan over medium heat.<br \/>\nMelt butter and keep whisking\/stirring continuously.<br \/>\nCook the butter for 3 minutes till it turns golden brown and smells nutty. Turn off the flame and pour into a small bowl.<br \/>\nAdd 1\/4 tsp lemon extract and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir then taste when it has cooled slightly. Adjust lemon\/salt to taste.<br \/>\nSet aside for 20 &#8211; 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crispy Pan-Fried Fish :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pat fish dry using paper towels. Sprinkle pink Himalayan salt &amp; pepper over it, then flour. Use fingers to spread flour. Turn and repeat. Remove excess flour off well.<br \/>\nAdd oil to a pan and heat on a non-stick skillet over high flame. Add fish to the shimmering oil.<br \/>\nRemove immediately onto serving plates.<br \/>\nDrizzle each with about 1 tbsp of Sauce.
