Heat the water until it becomes lukewarm over medium flame. Turn the gas off and remove the vessel from the flame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Now pour the water into the bowl containing the mixture of flour and stevia. Add the water while whisking continuously to avoid the formation of lumps in the mixture.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: To the above mixture, add a pinch of elaichi and mix the ingredients thoroughly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: Let the Chilla mixture to sit for a while and leave it undisturbed for ten minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>6:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Heat a flat bottom pan over the gas flame. Add 1 tbsp of ghee to the pan. With the help of a ladle pour one ladle full of the Chilla batter onto the pan. Using the wrong side of the ladle spread the batter in a clockwise direction to get a round shape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>7<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Cook one side till the Chilla appears flaky and roasted. Flip the Chilla to the other side and cook till done.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>8<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Turn the flame off and take the Chilla out of the pan and place it onto the serving plate<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>9 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Garnish the Meetha Chilla with grated coconut to enhance the taste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>10<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Serve it piping hot.
